Q: I live near Puerto Morelos. Can I join the Certification without staying overnight?
A: The medicine of honey, though sweet, is profoundly powerful on an energetic level. That is why in this certification we will stay together at Lunita. Things will move within us, and like the bees, we must remain united to support one another.
Q: Do I need experience?
A: We will start from scratch with the self-honey massage so you can feel it first. After that, you will learn the technique. Following the Initiation, you will have ongoing follow-up from the instructor whenever you feel you need support.

María Gabriela Romero Landázuri, 49, mother of two, author of El llamado de las Abejas and Bee Your Own Medicine. Certified Apitherapist, Human Development specialist, and co-founder of Bee Farm Ecuador.
For 21 years, bees have been her guides—healing, teaching, and inspiring her path. As a specialist in the therapeutic use of honey and hive products, she accompanies processes of transformation and self-healing with the energy of bees and honey. Through her books, she shares this journey with those who wish to begin with bees or explore the magic of honey on the skin.
Throughout the past years, she and her partner David have received hundreds of visitors at Bee Farm Ecuador, sharing bee medicine through immersive experiences and therapeutic practices in nature. Tha last 4 years she has been pilgrimaging guided by bees.
Now, in her time of pollination, she is carrying this medicine to other lands, and Lunita will be the space where this honey medicine is expanded to the Riviera Maya.
